About VFLO
Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets in securities in the index. The index provider constructs the index in accordance with a rules-based methodology that selects 50 companies from the S-Network U.S. Equity Large/Mid-Cap 1000 Index. The fund generally seeks to track the returns of the index before fees and expenses by employing a replication strategy that seeks to hold all the stocks in the index.
About IJT
The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P SmallCap 600 Growth IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which measures the performance of the small-capitalization growth sector of the U.S. equity market. It is a subset of the S&P SmallCap 600® (the "Parent Index") and consists of those stocks in the Parent Index exhibiting the strongest growth characteristics, as determined by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (the "index provider" or "SPDJI"), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc.
